We are listing businesses and organizations throughout Larimer, Weld, and Logan Counties. If you serve residents within or neighboring counties, you can add your business as well.
LGBTQIA+ affirming is defined as consumers or individuals can attend or utilize your services as their authentic selves. This includes (but is not limited to) their gender identity, gender expression, sexual or romantic orientation, and family structure. If a customer brings to your attention, an act of homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or racism, you feel comfortable not serving the offending consumer. Gender neutral restrooms are available or gendered restrooms allow for freedom of use based on one’s own gender identity.
LGBTQIA+ safe workspace is defined as (but not limited to) use of chosen names and pronouns while on the job, having a restroom for staff to use that is gender neutral, providing transgender-specific benefits as part of your regular health benefits plan, individuals in same-gender relationships can add their partner to their health insurance, providing family-related benefits for children that are not biologically related to their caregiver/parent who are employed by you.
LGBTQIA+ owned is defined as the owner or one of the owners of the business, founder/director of the organization self-identifies as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
BIPOC owned is defined as the owner or one of the owners of the business, founder/director of the organization is a Person of Color.
